Ann Wolff, born 1937 in Germany, is an internationally known sculptor who works with glass as well as metals, resin and concrete. She came to Sweden 1960 and worked for Kosta Boda 1964-1978.
Ann studied at the school Hochschule in Germany, and later on via self-studies in France. She’s represented at several museums around the world, and has participated in art exhibitions and both private and public collections internationally. For Kosta Boda, she has designed the famous Snowball, which has brightened people’s homes since 1973. This tealight holder has sold over 15 million copies. Throughout her career she’s received a number of awards, such as Lifetime Achievement Award from Glass Art Society and the prestigious Price PRO EUROPA 2011. A winner as clear as glass, and designer to Kosta Boda’s Snowball.
