Quote

“One of the glass objects I like best is the classic Apple by Ingeborg Lundin. It is so delicate, so optically captivating, even in clear glass. This collection is my homage to the Apple. It is blown free-hand, relying entirely on the glassblower’s skill. I wanted to make it clear that the object is made by a person, using centrifugal force and the power of the glassblower’s breath. It has no function beyond the emotion it conveys. No two pieces are exactly alike. They bear traces of the hand that made them.”
