The inspiration for this Kosta Boda series from 1986 stems from a trip to Mexico. “¡Ay, caramba!” is a bold statement that indicates admiration, surprise or anger. The word is associated with strong emotions, a strength reflected in the hand-painted black details on this mouth-blown, white glass vase. Design by Ulrika Hydman Vallien.
