Azur is a collection of cast and cut objects – like moments frozen in time. A staircase, a moon, a person. Space has always been a natural workplace for Bertil Vallien: the tiny human and the great, big world continuously sparking our curiosity. 

The collection, which is part of the Kosta Boda Artist Collection, first launched in 2018. The 2024 series is in petroleum blue – a color that Bertil used for several unique works that he created for his 60-year anniversary in 2023.
